Depending on what's requested, or my own desire, I do different kinds of shows. I've been playing since 1979 but for the last decade I focus on performing the music closest to my heart. The reason is as simple as true - when I do the things I love, I do it better. When I sing a song written by Bruce Springsteen, John Hiatt or any other of my heroes - I do it like it was my own. They are as close to me as my own songs.

ME
Well, that's me. With a guitar, a piano and you. Sometimes I bring a friend or two. Accoustic and initimate.
THE MERCENARIES
The band I use in the studio recording my own songs, as well as on the road. My songs dominate the setlists, but as always there's room for some Springsteen songs! If asked for we can deliver Springsteen all night long.
The setting is: drums, bass, two guitars, piano, hammond/keyboards and saxophone. Seven-piece band.
THE HEARTS & HORNS
This is the big-band. A five-piece horns section spices up things a notch. We focus on Springsteen, Southside Johnny and old soul classics. Pure joy if you ask me! All together the band consists of thirteen people and we make a hell of a noise.
